2026 Global Edge COHORTS

The Global Edge is a multi-month group coaching intensive designed for global professionals supporting U.S. teams. This is not training. It is not a webinar. And it is not about fixing people.

Instead, Global Edge is a facilitated coaching space where participants build clarity, confidence, and professional judgment through structured conversation, reflection, and application. The work is human, practical, and grounded in real day to day challenges. Communication. Decision making. Cultural nuance. Ownership. Strategic thinking. Participants are not told what to do. They learn how to think more clearly, speak with confidence, and lead with intention inside complex global work.

At its core, Global Edge helps talented professionals stop holding back and start showing up with credibility, confidence, and impact.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?

Global Edge is a three-month program with bi-weekly 75-minute virtual sessions.

COHORT 1 - India: May 12 - August 4, 2026 @ 6PM IST
COHORT 2 - India: May 13 - August 5, 2026 @ 6PM IST

COHORT 3 - Philippines: August 10 - October 26, 2026 @ 3AM PHT
