International Learning and Development Consulting, Contracting, and Program Management

I design and lead international learning and development work for organizations that need clarity, traction, and results across borders. With over 15 years of experience in people operations in companies ranging from 12 employees to 250,000, I step in through consulting, contract leadership, and program management when things are complex, growing fast, or quietly stuck. The work is practical, human centered, and built to scale so your people, systems, and strategy move forward together.
INTERNATIONAL Coaching
Coaching gives us space to sit with the real things that block us from being the stars we are. With me, coaching is focused, honest, and built for real change. This is not vague motivation or surface level goal setting.
Coaching is also expensive and often unattainable for international professionals. I offer region-friendly, culturally and trauma-informed coaching for professionals outside of the US. With an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation I help people think clearly, lead with confidence, and make decisions that actually move their work and lives forward.
Live Training and Facilitation
Live facilitation with me is energetic, sharp, and deeply human. I don’t read slides or run canned workshops. I design real time culturally-relevant professional development learning experiences that wake people up, challenge how they think, and actually change how they work. With over 15 years inside organizations ranging from 15 to 250,000 employees, I know how to read a room, cut through noise, and create momentum people feel long after the session ends.
