Hello, and welcome to Grow Global. I am not your average learning and development professional, and I proudly bring a blend of creativity, strategy, and forward thinking to everything I do.

When you work with me, know this. I am a coach first. Not in the inspirational poster sense, but in the roll up your sleeves and actually change something sense.

I integrate professional coaching into all of my work, whether I am partnering one on one with a leader, facilitating a group, or consulting with an organization. Coaching is not an add on. It is the lens. It shapes how I ask questions, how I design learning, and how I help people move from insight to action in ways that last.

My work is global in both scope and heart. I specialize in global learning and development, helping organizations build leadership and learning systems that work across cultures, time zones, and lived realities. I have spent years partnering with global teams in professional services environments, translating strategy into learning that honors local context while strengthening global connection. I believe global learning should feel human, expansive, and grounded in respect.

At the center of it all is my commitment to attainable development. I do not believe growth should require burnout or perfection. I design learning and coaching that people can actually sustain. Work that fits into real workloads, meets people where they are, and creates progress that is meaningful, measurable, and humane.

Whether I am coaching an individual, guiding a cohort, or consulting with a global organization, my goal is the same. To help people grow with clarity and integrity, without losing themselves in the process.
